B2B Sales Executive | Remote | EST Hours
Calls Experts is a global contact center solutions provider with over 15 years of experience in the North American market.
We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our growing remote team and generate qualified business opportunities for our closing team across industries including AI, finance, and marketing.
⭐ Responsibilities
• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate and qualify B2B leads.
• Engage with decision-makers and identify business opportunities.
• Manage leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline using a CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and support the sales process through deal closure.
• Maintain accurate customer records, spreadsheets, and sales data.
• Track KPIs and collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates.
📌 Requirements
• At least 1 year of B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience speaking with decision-makers (SaaS or technology sales experience is an advantage).
• Experience using CRM platforms and dialer systems.
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (schedule subject to change).
💻 Technical Requirements
• Operating System: Windows 11 or macOS (Tahoe, Sequoia, or Sonoma)
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• CPU benchmark score of 5,000+ (Intel Core i5 8th Gen or newer, or AMD equivalent)
• Fiber optic internet connection.
💰 Compensation
• Base Salary: $700 USD per month.
- Performance Bonus: Up to $500 USD per month.
